Proclaim CRM Integration

These are the steps to follow to authorize Arken to connect with Proclaim

Account Profile - Choose the CRM Integration

1. An Arken Administrator needs to amend the Account Profile by agreeing to an integration

2. A drop-down list of CRM integration choices will display. Select Proclaim from the list

3. Update the Account Profile

Developer Integration

• The application type needs to be passed in as ‘CRM’

• The CRMModel must be set to 'Proclaim'

• The CRMMatterId can be passed to set the Matter Reference when adding a document
