These are the steps to follow to authorize Arken to connect with Proclaim

Account Profile - Choose the CRM Integration

An Arken Administrator needs to amend the Account Profile by agreeing to an integration
A drop-down list of CRM integration choices will display. Select Proclaim from the list
Update the Account Profile

Developer Integration

The application type needs to be passed in as ‘CRM’
The CRMModel must be set to 'Proclaim'
The CRMMatterId can be passed to set the Matter Reference when adding a document
